The latest BABCP Newsletter (CBT Today) is out with some good content as always.
Scanning through it the following caught my attention:
1) Lets Talk About CBT which are podcasts that help explain CBT:
It is good but even better had it included video.

2) A couple of good articles on working with diversity, including clinical supervision for people who identify themselves as belonging to minority groups.

3) An advert for a workshop on the 12th and 13th April featuring Paul Chadwick (who writes with a great deal of sensitivity) training on Mindfulness for Psychosis. Kings College London.

Talking about Mindfulness…… this free course looks very interesting


I am an accredited cognitive behavioural therapist with particular interest in working alongside people with depression. I am committed to improving access to psychological therapies. I do this through helping people link with accredited therapists. I help people prepare better for therapy so as to reduce premature endings and to maximise early gains. I also work with a very small number of clients in therapy and offer therapy at an affordable price. My qualifications also include a Diploma in Couselling, I also have the following qualifications:- RGN, RMN, RNLD, MSc, BEd (Hons). My main area of inteets is mood disorders.
